Job Responsibilities: 


  • Facilitate the successful delivery of assigned projects on time, on budget, within our high-quality standards with matrixed teams of specialists
  • Actively manage both clients and internal staff to optimize customer satisfaction, a perfect 10 score from our clients is a top priority. 
  • Responsible for scoping projects, communicating with relevant internal teams and clients and managing these projects from inception through completion 
  • Monitor, enforce and update all work flow, timelines and deadlines 
  • Evaluate, manage and report project expenditures & revenue 
  • Creating SOWs, change orders and internal reports 
  • Manage assigned projects to meet or exceed project margin and budget parameters 
  • Facilitate clear, concise, timely and accurate client communications 
  • In conjunction with other team specialists, review, analyze and evaluate client business systems and user needs while helping to formulate solutions that align with client’s overall business strategies 
  • Work with the sales team to identify needed change orders and other incremental revenue opportunities within existing client base 


Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years of prior Project Manager experience 
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize 
  • Attention to detail and ability to clearly communicate 
  • Ability to collaborate and problem solve with both external and internal team members and stakeholders 
  • Fluent understanding of the unique characteristics of digital projects 
  • Comprehensive understanding of project financials (Resources, Time, Budget, EV, BAC, etc.) 
  • Experience using JIRA, Mavenlink or comparable project management tools 
  • Experience working in an agile environment, CSM a plus
  • PMP will be considered a plus
